1. Access Direct Report Reviews
Once you log in to the platform, you will land on your dashboard. Here, you will see the Write Direct Report Reviews section. Under this section, on the right-hand side, you will find the Write Reviews option. Click on the option to proceed

2. Select the Employee and Open the Review Form
Once you are in the Direct Report Reviews section, you will see a list of all your direct reports along with the status of their reviews. Identify the employee for whom you want to write the review. On the right-hand side of their name, you will find the "Write" option. Click on this option to start the review process for that specific employee

3. Complete and Submit the Current Review
After clicking on Write option, the system will open the review form for the current cycle. Carefully fill in all the required fields, ensuring your feedback is accurate and complete. Once you have entered all responses, click on Submit to finalize and save your review

4. Understand the Review Summary Section
On the right-hand side of the review screen, you will find the Review Summary section. This section provides a consolidated view of all feedback related to the current review cycle. It displays the name of the ongoing review cycle at the top. Below that, you can see the Self Review submitted by the employee, as well as any additional feedback provided by peers, managers, or other stakeholders. This section helps you quickly understand the employee’s overall feedback in the current cycle

5. Access the Past Reviews Dropdown
If you want to refer to previous performance data, navigate to the View Past Reviews option within the Review Summary section. Click on the dropdown associated with this option

6. View Old Review Cycle Data
Once clicked, it will display a list of all past review cycles available for that employee. This allows you to select and review historical performance data before completing your current evaluation

7. View Detailed Past Review Responses
After selecting a specific past review cycle from the dropdown, the system will load all the responses and feedback associated with that cycle. You will be able to view the employee’s self-assessment, along with feedback provided by managers, peers, or other reviewers during that period. This detailed view helps you compare past and current performance, identify growth areas, and provide more context-driven feedback in your current review
