1. Navigate to Write Reviews
Click the “Write Reviews” option to begin reviewing your direct reports

2. Review Your Direct Reports
You will see a list of your direct reports who need to be reviewed. Click the “Write” option to begin the review process

3. View Direct Report’s Self-Review
While reviewing your direct report, you can also view the self-review they have submitted for their goals and competencies. This can be found on the right side of the screen under "Review Summary"

4. Provide Ratings for Your Goals
You will see a list of your direct report’s goals. Review each goal by selecting a rating from 1 to 5

5. Add Comments
You can also add comments for each goal in the comments section while providing your rating

6. View Description
Once you have reviewed your direct report’s goals, proceed to rate their competencies. The description for each competency can be viewed by clicking the dropdown icon beside it

7. Rate and Comment on Competencies
Rate the competencies assigned to your direct report' on a scale of 1 to 5. You may also provide comments for each competency

8. Submit Review Form
After completing all ratings and comments for your direct report’s goals and competencies, click “Submit” to finalize the review

9. Confirm Submission
Click "Submit" again to confirm your review submission

10. Review Your Submitted Responses
Once you submit your review, you can also view the responses and comments you have provided. However, you will not be able to make any changes after submission
