How to Write Reviews for Goals and Competencies as an Employee

1. Open Self Review Section

Click “Write Self Review” to begin your review process

2. Provide Ratings for Your Goals

You will see a list of your goals. Review each goal by selecting a rating from 1 to 5

3. Add Feedback While Rating Goals

You can also add comments for each goal in the comments section while providing your rating

4. Competency Ratings

After providing responses to your goals, you need to rate your competencies. You can view the description of each competency by clicking the dropdown icon next to the description

5. Rate and Comment on Competencies

Rate the competencies assigned to you using a scale of 1 to 5. You can also add comments for each competency

6. Submit Review Form

After completing all ratings and comments for your goals and competencies, click "Submit" to finalize your review

7. Confirm Review Submission

Click "Submit" to confirm

8. Review Your Submitted Responses

Once you submit your review, you can also view the responses and comments you have provided. However, you will not be able to make any changes after submission
