1. Access the Org Chart
If you want to view your org chart, navigate to your homepage and locate the View Profile option. Under this section, you will find the Org Chart button. Click on it to open and view your organization’s hierarchy

2. Download Error Report
Once you click on the Org Chart, you may encounter errors if there are data inconsistencies. For example, a banner at the top may indicate that certain employees are missing from the org chart due to these issues. To understand the exact cause, click on the Download Error Report option. This will download a CSV file containing details of all the errors

3. Review the Error Report
After downloading the error report, open the CSV file. You will see a list of employees along with the specific errors associated with each entry

4. Example Error – Cyclic Relationship
One common error you may encounter is a cyclic relationship, where two or more employees are incorrectly assigned as each other’s managers. This creates a loop and prevents the org chart from being generated correctly. These relationships need to be corrected to resolve the issue

5. Example Error – Missing Manager
Another possible error is when an employee does not have a manager assigned. Since the org chart relies on reporting hierarchy, missing manager information can lead to inconsistencies and prevent proper visualization

6. Key Leader Configuration
Please note that the key leader should not have a manager assigned in the system. The key leader is the only employee allowed without a manager. If any other employee is missing a manager, or if the key leader has a manager assigned, it will result in data inconsistencies in the org chart

7. Fix Errors and Refresh Org Chart
Once all the errors identified in the report are corrected, the org chart should function as expected. Please note that it may take some time for the updates to reflect in the system after making the changes
