1. Navigate to the Reviews Module
From the dashboard, click on the Reviews module located on the left-hand side
2. Open the Relevant Review Cycle
Select and open the review cycle for which you want to enable the 9-Box view for managers
3. Enable 9-Box View for Managers
Go to the Settings tab within the review cycle Navigate to Manager Views → Calibration View for Managers, and enable the 9-Box option
4. Configure the 9-Box
Once the 9-Box option is enabled, a Configure button will appear. Click on Configure to customize the 9-Box as per your requirements
5. Edit Columns – Select Questions
Under configuration, click on Edit Columns. This allows you to choose the questions that will be used in the 9-Box grid
6. Select and Confirm Questions
A list of all available questions will appear. Select the questions you wish to include and click Confirm to proceed
7. Set X and Y Axis for the 9-Box
Select the question for the X-axis and then choose a question for the Y-axis from the drop-down menus
8. Understanding 9-Box Positioning and Axis Configuration
The configured employees will now appear in the 9-Box accordingly
Please Note:

The X-axis typically represents performance
-
The Y-axis represents potential
Employees will be positioned within the grid based on their responses
9. Accessing 9-Box from Manager Dashboard
Switch to the Manager’s Dashboard and click on Write Reviews beside the Write Direct Report Reviews to view the 9-Box from the manager’s perspective
10. Open Calibration View
Click on the Calibration View option to access the 9-Box visualization
11. View Direct Reports in 9-Box
Once inside the Calibration View, the manager’s direct reports as configured in the review cycle will appear in the 9-Box grid based on the selected performance and potential criteria
