1. Navigate to Phases Section
Click on the Phases tab in the review cycle to display all the phases

2. Pending Launches in Phases
The Phases tab will display the list of phases enabled for the review cycle. Under each phase, after end date column, you will see how many pending launches there are for that phase. It shows the count of pending launches. Pending launches mean that you are yet to launch the peer selection phase for 45 reviewees, as shown in the image. If you want to see who the 45 reviewees are for whom the peer selection phase has not been launched yet, you can click on the 45 pending launches text, as shown in the image

3. Peer Selection Phase Details
After clicking on the 45 pending launches text, the peer selection phase details will open. This window shows all information related to the launches. You can see how many reviewees are in the peer selection phase. Under All, you can view the list of reviewees. Each reviewee has two columns:
Launch Status shows whether the peer selection phase has been launched or not for that reviewee. Completion Status shows whether the reviewee has completed the peer selection or not. If the Launch Status is Pending, it means the phase is not launched for that reviewee. If it shows Launched, the phase is launched. If the Completion Status is Completed, it means the reviewee has finished the peer selection. If Completion Status shows Not Completed, it means the employee has not completed the peer selection yet

4. Launch Pending List
In Launch Pending, it shows the list of reviewees for whom the peer selection phase needs to be launched, or for whom the peer selection phase is pending and not launched yet

5. Partial Launch Status
Under Launch Status, Partial means that some phases have already been launched, but a few phases are still pending. To check which phases are yet to be launched, simply hover over the Partial status to view the details

6. Launched List
In Launched, it shows the details of reviewees for whom the peer selection phase is launched

7. Not Completed List
In Not Completed, it shows the reviewees details for whom the peer selection phase is launched, but they have not completed their peer selection yet

8. Launch Peer Selection for Pending Reviewees
If you want to launch the peer selection phase for pending reviewees, you need to click on the Launch Pending list. Then, tick the checkbox to select all, and click the Launch button on the right side to launch the peer selection phase for the pending reviewees

9. Launch Peer Selection for a Specific Reviewee
If you want to launch the peer selection phase only for a specific reviewee, you can do so by clicking on the Launch Pending list. Under this section, enter the email ID of the reviewee for whom you want to launch the phase. After entering the email ID, the reviewee details will appear. Tick the checkbox next to the reviewee’s name

10. Click on Launch Button
Then click the Launch button on the right side to launch the peer selection phase for that specific reviewee
