1. Navigate to Reviews Section
Click on the Reviews module from the left-side navigation panel. This is where all your review cycles are listed and can be accessed

2. Open the Relevant Review Cycle
From the list of review cycles, click Open for the specific review cycle in which you want to check the notifications

3. Navigate to the Phases Tab
Go to the Phases tab and select the phase for which you want to view notifications

4. View Participants List
Once selected, the Participants tab will open by default, where you can see all participants in that phase. You can also view launched participants, participants whose launch is still pending, and participants who have not completed the phase even though it was launched to them

5. View Notification Logs
Click on the Notifications tab to view the complete list of notifications sent for that phase. Here, you can see the notification time, the type of notification, the status, and the names of the recipients

6. Select More Info Option
Click More Info to get detailed information about a specific notification

7. Detailed Notification Insights
When you click More Info, you will be able to see detailed insights, including the reviewer names, whether the notification was delivered, whether the recipient opened it, and whether they clicked the notification link

8. Notification Details Summary
In the Notification Details section, you can view a summary of the sent time, the channel used such as Email, Slack or MS Teams, whether the notification was sent, skipped or scheduled, the delivery status for all participants, and the percentage delivered, percentage opened and percentage clicked
