1. Open The Goals Module
Click on the Goals module from the left menu to begin reviewing the past updates for your goal progress check-ins
2. Select Any Objective
Click on any goal to view the detailed history and past updates related to its progress check-ins
3. Access Check-Ins and Comments
Inside the goal, you will see the Check-ins & Comments section. Click on it to access all related updates
4. Choose What You Want to View
You will see two options in the dropdown:

All Activities: Displays everything, including check-ins and comments in one place

Check-ins & Comments: Shows only check-ins and comments
Select the option you prefer!
5. View Check-In Details
When you choose the Check-ins & Comments view, you can see each check-in, who added it, and the exact date it was made
6. View Comments
You can also view any comments added with the check-ins, making it easy to track context or feedback shared during the goal progress update
