1. Navigate to Reviews Section
Click on the “Reviews” module from the homepage to access all active review cycles

2. Open the Review Cycle
Click Open for the review cycle in which you want to launch the phases

3. Initiate Review Kick-Off
If no phase has been launched yet, click Kick-off Review to begin the launch process

4. Select a Phase to Launch
From the dropdown, choose the specific phase you want to launch within the review cycle

5. Choose a Launch Channel
Select the communication channel for launching the phase. Available options include Microsoft Teams, Email, Slack, and Silent Launch

6. Configure Message (for Teams, Email, or Slack)
If you select Microsoft Teams, Email, or Slack, you’ll have the option to customize the subject and message before sending the launch notification

7. Silent Launch Option
If you choose Silent Launch, no subject or message field will appear. In this mode, the task will be assigned to reviewees and reviewers without sending any notifications

8. Launch the Phase Instantly
Select Instant Launch to send the phase immediately to the participants

9. Schedule Launch for Later
Choose Schedule for Later to launch the phase automatically on a specified date

10. Launch to Specific Reviewees
Select this option if you want to launch the phase only to specific participants. You can manually choose which reviewees should receive the launch notification

11. Launch to Reviewees Pending Notification
Choose this option to launch the phase for all reviewees who haven’t yet received the launch notification

12. Launch the Phase
Once all configurations are complete, click Launch. The phase will now be initiated, and tasks will be assigned to the selected participants
