- When you are setting up the Review Cycle you have the below option for Direct Report Review.
- When the Direct Report Review is set up by default, only the Direct Reports participating in the current review cycle will be included.
- Now we have the option to include Direct Reports who are not part of the review cycle by selecting this checkbox.
