Sending Reminders: Slack and Email

  • On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.

  • Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.

  • Go to "Phases" and click the "Notify" button next to the phase you want to send reminders for. Then, choose the "Remind" option.

  • You can send reminders through Slack.

  • You can choose to send your reminder right away or schedule it for a later time.

  • Choose the recipients. You have the option to send reminders to specific individuals.

  • You can also send reminders to those who haven't completed their review yet.

  • Finally, click "Remind" to send out the reminders.

  • Note: Reminders cannot be sent to individuals whose Slack accounts are not connected to the organization.

  • You can also send reminders through Email.

  • You can choose to send your reminder right away or schedule it for a later time.

  • Choose the recipients. You have the option to send reminders to specific individuals.

  • Alternatively, you can select all participants to send reminders.
