- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.
- Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.
- Select "Add Additional Reviewer Roles".
- Click on the "Reviewer Label" and "Reviewee Label" fields.
- Select "Launch as a separate phase" to add the Additional Reviewer Role to the review cycle as a separate phase, and then click "Add".

You need to add reviewers separately; simply click "Add Reviewers".
- Add the Reviewer, the Reviewee, and their Relationship, and then click "Add" to include them in the review cycle.
- You can also add them by using the CSV import option.
- Once the review cycle is created, go to Phases, and you’ll see the Additional Reviewer Role added as a separate phase.
