  • On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.

  • Click the "Create New Cycle" button located at the top right corner of the Reviews page.

  • Click "Heading" under "Create Another Block".
Note: The heading functions as a title.

  • Enter a title in the "Heading" field and click "Add Heading Block".

  • Select "Description" if you wish to add a description to your form or add details about a block.

  • Click "Question" to add questions to your form that will be visible to the reviewees.

  • You can choose to make the questions required or private. If you toggle off "Required", the question will become optional, allowing reviewees to submit the review without answering it.

  • When you toggle on "Private", the responses to those questions will not be visible to the employee when the review is shared with them.

  • Manager Access: Managers can view only the private question responses they provided for their direct reports in the manager summary.

  • Admin Access: Admins can see all private question responses except their own. Feedback given to an admin is not visible to them.

  • User Access: Users can see only the private question responses they’ve written as feedback givers.

  • Calibration Restrictions: Admins cannot view or calibrate their own responses in the calibration tab.

  • The "Section" field is used to organize questions into specific categories or topics. By creating or selecting a section, you can group related questions under one heading, making it easier for the reviewer to follow the structure of the form.

  • You can create Sections as needed.

  • Choose the response type; it can be either a rating or open text.

  • Open text can be either a paragraph or a short answer. Finally, click "Add Question Block" to include your question in the review cycle.
