- While setting up the review cycle, you can also schedule 1-on-1 meetings by using the "Advanced Settings" option.
- Please select one of the following options:

Don't create: This option does not schedule any 1-on-1s.

When Self Review is complete: This option schedules 1-on-1s for the following day after the self-review is completed.

When Manager Review is complete: This option schedules 1-on-1s for the following day after the manager review is completed.

When Self Review and Manager Review are complete: This option schedules 1-on-1s for the following day after both the self-review and manager review are completed.
- Once you choose when to create the 1-on-1, click "Save & Continue."
- Depending on the selected option, a 1-on-1 meeting will be scheduled between the manager and the direct report for the following day, using the review responses as talking points.
