  2. The CSV of the employee data contains the following topics:

  3. Company Employee Id: This column stores a unique identification number assigned to each employee in the company. It helps in uniquely identifying employees in the dataset.

  4. Full Name: This column contains the full name of each employee.

  5. Email: The email column stores the email address of each employee. This information is used for communication within the company and may also serve as a unique identifier for employees.

  6. Manager Email: This column contains the email address of the manager of each employee. It helps in establishing the reporting hierarchy within the company.

  7. Department: The department column represents the specific department or team to which each employee belongs.

  8. Title: The title column stores the job title or designation of each employee.

  9. Gender: This column captures the gender of each employee.

  10. Date of Joining: The date of joining column records the date when each employee joined the company. It provides information about the tenure of an employee in the organization. The date format should follow Day-Month-Year.

  11. Date of Exit: This column is used to record the date when an employee exited or left the company.

  12. Age: The age column represents the age of each employee.

  13. Division: The division column categorizes employees based on the division or segment of the company they are associated with.

  14. Business Unit: This column captures the specific business unit or department within the company to which each employee belongs.

  15. Location: The location column represents the physical location or office where each employee is based.

  16. Performance Rating: This column stores the performance rating or evaluation score of each employee.

  17. Level: The level column represents the hierarchical level or seniority of each employee within the company.

  18. Employment Type: This column captures the type of employment for each employee, such as full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary.

  19. Billing Status: The billing status column shows whether the employee is Active or Inactive.
