If you didn't get a notification for your performance review in Slack, mostly it would be because your email address in Slack and email address in our system is different. Here is how you can find your slack email address:

Click on your profile icon at the bottom left in Slack
- Click on "Profile"
- You can find your email ID under the "Contact Information" option
